Shipping Information:
Fedex Ground: $10.00 Minimum Shipping charge on all orders under $100. For orders over $100, the shipping charge is 10% of the total order cost. Shipping is free for orders over $750.00. Orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse in 3 business days. Fedex Ground Delivery is within 1-5 business days (see map to see how many days it would take based on your location). Please contact us at service@partyzonesinc.com or 336-993-4522 for a custom shipping quote if you need express shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Rush Processing: You may choose a Rush Processing option for a minimum fee of $20 plus regular ground shipping charge ($30 total for orders under $100, fee varies by total dollar amount for larger orders). This will ensure your order is rushed through the warehouse processing. Orders must be received before 11am EST for same day shipment. Orders will still be shipped via FEDEX ground, but this option takes off the 2-3 day warehouse processing time. Please be advised that we will have to contact you for processing approval if your order will not make it to you in time for your event date, which could lengthen the shipping process.
Bulkpartyzone.com ships only to the 48 continental United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Boxes, or US territories at this time.
