Shipping Information

We cannot ship Bulk Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam. Bulk orders can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 US States.

Fedex Ground: $10.00 Minimum Shipping charge on all bulk orders under $100. For orders over $100, the shipping charge is 10% of the total order cost. Shipping is free for orders over $500.00 Delivery within 3-5 business days

Fedex Overnight: Express Overnight shipping is not currently available for bulk orders.

APO/FPO Addresses USPS: $10.00 Minimum Shipping charge on all bulk orders under $100. For orders over $100, the shipping charge is 10% of the total order cost. Shipping is free for orders over $500.00 Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.

Privacy And Security In Order Processing

All orders are processed using the secure web site. Under no circumstances, is your information sold or provided to any other company, except when necessary to the process of order fulfillment. Your e-mail address is added to the mailing list however. If you do not wish to receive periodic notices of new products, please call or email and your contact information will immediately be removed from the mailing list.

Terms Of Sale

Order changes cannot be accepted once order is placed. If you have an immediate change, please call at 336-993-4522, M-F 10:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, (Monday - Friday), after the order is placed. Every effort is made to keep the inventory on the web site current, but occasionally an item may not be available. If this occurs, the item will removed from your order and all available items will be shipped. An email will be sent asking if you would like the item on backorder. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Certified Checks and Money Orders accepted. No C.O.D. or personal checks. Checks must be received at our warehouse, Party Zones, 1381 South Park Drive, Kernersville, NC 27284 before an order is shipped.

Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for non receipt of merchandise when a tracking number has been provided by Fedex.

Return Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your party purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchase and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less a 20 % re-stocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge.

All returns must be complete cases. We cannot accept returns on partial cases.

All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and shipped back with all original packaging in
sellable condition. Opened packages of merchandise will not be credited.

Party Zones Inc. was founded in September of 2003 by Erdim and Maura Celik.  

www.aperfectpartyzone.com is the original website and was developed as the online division of the retail party store, "A Perfect Party", located in Kernersville, North Carolina.  The Internet sales division grew rapidly leading to the decision to close the retail storefront in 2005 to fully dedicate the time and service to online customers. 

The bulk party supplies division was spun off to it's own website, www.bulkpartyzone.com, and the ecommerce end of aperfectpartyzone was recently linked to the new website, www.ezpartyzone.com.  Many changes, several websites, one unified company!  Our goal is simply to provide our customers with excellence in customer service, pricing, and order processing.
